Female Fertility Diet

Having a proper female fertility diet, consisting of foods that optimize female fertility is essential to get pregnant.

Organic (Female Fertility Diet)

Buy organic food for female fertility.  There are chemicals in non-organic food that hurt the female reproductive system. Although, small amounts will not do much harm, the accumulation of pesticides over time will. Eat organic to increase chances of conceiving.

Salt

Too much salt can harm a female fertility diet. Although, you need a certain amount of sodium each day, too much can cause reproductive issues. Keep your sodium intake around 800 to 1200mg a day. This allows your body to get a proper amount sodium. If you like adding salt to your food get Pink Himalayan Salt. This salt is highest in minerals and overall best for you.

Vegetables (Female Fertility Diet)

Vegetables are essential to a woman’s fertility.  They contain Folic Acid and Vitamin C, and other nutrients which boost fertility. All vegetables are good, the best vegetables for a female reproductive health are leafy green vegetables, such as lettuce and spinach. This is because these vegetables are particularly high in Folic Acid.  You should have 3 servings a day of vegetables!

Fruits

Fruits are great for a female fertility diet. Some fruits I recommend are oranges and berries. Oranges are high in Vitamin C and Folate. Berries are high in essential antioxidants. Just about any fruit will help, berries and oranges are likely up there in female fertility boosting.

If you have the money, you may want to try Goji Berries. Goji Berries are high in antioxidants and known for there fertility boosting benefits. I recommend buying at…

Grains and Beans (Female Fertility Diet)

Grains, such as rice and quinoa are good for a female fertility diet, but beans are excellent. Beans contain high levels of iron, which help female libido. They also help to keep eggs in quality condition.  Beans also contain high levels of Folate and are a plant based protein. This is better for you than animal protein. I recommend eating beans 3 to 4 times a week! If you like brown rice, I recommend getting the brown rice I get, Lundberg Organic Short Grain Brown Rice, 32-Ounce (Pack of 6)

Nuts (Female Fertility Diet)

Nuts are great because they are high in vitamins and minerals, such as Zinc, Vitamin E, and Omega-3s. Some good nuts for a female fertility diet are Walnuts and Almonds. Almonds on average are the best for the female reproductive system. This is because they contain good amounts of the main vitamins and minerals. You can get them at Almonds (1lb)

Meats

Good meats

Meats are great to boost a female fertility diet, in moderation.  chicken. Limit them to once a week at most.

Processed Meats

Processed meats such as hot dogs, pork, and bacon should be avoided.  Processed meats are not only bad for your health, but also hurt your reproductive system. They are filled with chemicals and additives, such as soy, which make your body produce excess estrogen. This can have negative affects on your body. I gave up processed meats a long time ago.

Fish

Fish are a great food for a healthy female fertility diet. They are high in Omega-3s and protein. The Omega-3s are good for regulating blood flow to the sex organs in females.  I recommend only buying wild caught because farm raised fish are high in PCBS.  The two fish I recommend are tuna and salmon.  Tuna is great because it is generally low in mercury and high in selenium.  Salmon is excellent because it is very high in Omega-3s.

Dairy (Female Fertility Diet)

Dairy is not a necessary food type to eat for a female fertility diet, but studies have shown it can help a bit. If a women does eat dairy, it is recommended she eat dairy with a higher fat content and take in moderation.

Bad Foods

Processed foods

Processed foods such as chips and microwavable food contain high levels of sodium, sugar, fat, additives, and chemicals. These impair fertility by producing excess estrogen in your body and accumulating chemicals in your body that can disrupt your hormones, causing delayed and missed ovulation’s, and impair egg quality. Kick these kinds of food out of a female fertility diet. Try sticking with non-processed foods if possible.

Soy (Female Fertility Diet)

Soy is an estrogen-mimicking compound. Women who are trying to conceive should avoid soy products. This is because soy can disrupt your hormones, making it harder to conceive. Hurting a female fertility diet.

  1. About salt intake, check out the work of Rene Quinton a French fertility doctor in the 50s. He helped thousands of women become fertile and have successful pregnancies with the use of an unlikely ingredient: sea water, which is also called Quinton Plasma.
You will find tons of testimonials on youtube especially in spanish.
